The “Raffaele Bastianelli" Conference Centre holds cultural, scientific and educational activities of the Hospital Physiotherapy Institutes. It is situated within the IFO Institute and can be reached via Via Fermo Ognibene, 23.
The Conference Centre covers approximately 1025 square meters and is organized in the following manner:

Cafeteria "Meeting cafe", is open from 6.00 to 19.00 from Mondays to Saturdays, closed on Sundays. Private room for 70 people. Coffee breaks, lunches and catering upon request.

Conference Centre
The "Raffaele Bastianelli" Conference Centre includes various types of meeting rooms all of which are equipped, upon request, with most modern computer equipment.

Opening hours and logistics
The Conference Centre covers approx. 1025 square meters. The meeting rooms are used on Monday through to Friday, except during public holidays, from 8:30 to 18:00; Any other time must be agreed previously, as well as requesting to use the meeting rooms on public holidays.
Technical and administrative support is always available except on public holidays.
The Centre is located within the Hospital Physiotherapy Institutes (in Rome, in the area of Eur in Via Fermo Ognibene, 23 near the exit 26 of the GRA. It is easy to reach by public transport or by car, and with available parking.

Technical services
Within the facility, network printers and photo copiers are available as well as the opportunity to use the meeting room for external work groups.
Free Wi-fi internet service is available in the province of Rome

Auxiliary services
In addition to the equipped meeting room, also available are:
• A reception and registration desk
• A storage room for storing any material
• An outdoor area for catering services
• Bar diner

 

Each meeting room faces onto a garden or patio for any types catering services held. The "Raffaele Bastianelli" Conference Center includes various types of meeting rooms, all of which are equipped upon request with most modern computer equipment.
